The mold design phase is pivotal to the entire project—its core task: fully defining overall product strategy, appearance, structure, and functionality, thereby determining production system layout. We use UG/CAD/CAM/CAE for mold design & development, plus internal/external networks, enabling seamless product transformation from concept to finished goods.
Molding / Injection
Mold machining is equipped with advanced mirror EDM machines and IoT-enabled intelligent CNC systems, along with high-precision machining centers featuring NSK P4-class spindles. Our production line also includes a full range of single-color and double-color injection molding machines, high-speed injection machines, and other specialized equipment.
Paint Printing Assembly
The workshop is equipped with professional-grade supporting equipment, including screen printing, pad printing, hot stamping, and laser engraving machines. It further houses ultrasonic welding machines, nut thermal fusion machines, stamping equipment, and other specialized tools tailored to efficiently support product assembly.

Prior to mold production, we conduct detailed DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis and review to ensure precise mold manufacturing. Mold inspection is completed using angle gauge blocks, conical gauges, squares, combined with image measuring instruments, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and projectors.
After-sale Service
Proactively serve customers to resolve issues pre-complaint; take responsibility, listen, assist analysis, no buck-passing.
