SMT Workshop

Wondering what makes our keyboard PCBs so reliable? It all starts with our industry-leading SMT workshop—built specifically for high-precision keyboard PCB assembly. Here’s what sets it apart: we use fully automated Yamaha YSM40R and Heller 1913MKIII lines, plus top-tier Koh Young AOI and Nordson DAGE X-Ray testing gear, and we stick to strict 6S management across the board. We’re talking ±0.03mm mounting precision (that’s the level of detail we’re working with), we can handle tiny 01005 micro-components, and every single PCB gets 100% inspected—no exceptions. This setup lets us make 15K+ high-quality PCBs a day, and more importantly, it means you get stable core parts, faster lead times, and consistent quality in every batch. That’s how we keep our annual keyboard output over 1.2M units, and how we make sure your OEM/ODM projects run smoothly with premium results.

Semi-finished Products Workshop

Through-Hole Insertion Workshop (adhering to strict industrial standards and 6S management) is equipped with high-precision automatic switch inserters, wave soldering systems and automatic soldering & lubrication machines; it delivers precision processing of USB-C connectors, power sockets, switch pin headers and signal terminals—components critical to keyboard performance, responsiveness and durability—with full-process control and real-time QC in place, and featuring seamless integration with the upstream SMT line, it provides a comprehensive SMT-plus-through-hole assembly solution that caters to all core component needs of keyboards.

Assembly Workshop

Final Assembly Workshop is equipped with high-precision automated keycap pressing and screw driving machines as well as advanced AOI inspection, achieving zero keycap alignment defects; it operates 2 fully integrated production lines, staffed with professional QC personnel, key feel testers and process supervisors, and implements 100% full-process control covering function, key stroke and structural checks; with a daily output of 2K+ units, it underpins a monthly capacity of 100K and annual capacity of 1.2M units; besides, it realizes seamless integration with upstream SMT and through-hole processes, balancing efficiency and quality to flexibly support urgent OEM/ODM orders from global clients.
