It starts with the demand communication stage. In the material preparation stage, we strictly select high-quality raw materials such as environment-friendly ABS plastic, metal and silica gel. The plastic used for the shell and keycaps meets ROHS and REACH environmental standards to ensure non-toxicity, harmlessness and durability; the metal materials for structural reinforcement are selected for high strength and corrosion resistance; and the silica gel for elastic pads is tested for appropriate resilience to ensure comfortable key feel. All raw materials must go through strict incoming inspection before entering the production line to eliminate unqualified materials at the source.

The core production link adopts a large number of advanced automation equipment to improve production efficiency and stability. In the injection molding workshop, the plastic particles are heated and melted, then injected into the precision mold to form the keyboard shell and keycaps, and the temperature and time are strictly controlled during the process to ensure the accuracy of product size. During the production process, IPQC inspectors conduct real-time patrol inspections on each production link. They monitor the parameters of injection molding temperature, soldering time and other key processes to ensure that the production operations are carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
