Pre-shipment finished product inspection: All finished computer peripherals (e.g., RGB gaming mechanical keyboards, wireless gaming mice) must undergo 100% functional testing (e.g., keyboard key response) and appearance inspection before shipment, ensuring zero defective products reach clients.
Raw material inspection: We start quality control with peripherals and SMT-related raw materials (e.g., mechanical keyboard switches, SMT solder paste, PCB boards). Every item is inspected for compliance (e.g., switch tactile consistency, sensor precision, solder paste purity) before being put into the production line.
In-line quality checkpoints: The production line sets up dedicated quality control checkpoints throughout the entire assembly process—from SMT placement of keyboard/mouse PCBA boards, mechanical keyboard keycap mounting, and gaming headphone wire soldering, to the final packaging stage—eliminating defects in real time.
