To ensure the quality of PCB boards, every single board undergoes a comprehensive inspection by AOI automatic optical inspection equipment, enabling timely detection and rejection of products with poor soldering quality. In the switch assembly process, automated assembly equipment achieves precise positioning and installation of switches. For mechanical keyboard switches, individual keystroke feel calibration is also conducted to ensure uniform pressing feel for every single key.

During production, QC personnel carry out unscheduled patrol inspections on in-line products, focusing on checking assembly precision, keystroke feel, and finish craftsmanship. After finished products are manufactured, a comprehensive final inspection is conducted, including a key life test (up to 10 million+ actuations), aging test, environmental adaptability tests (high-low temperature and humidity tests), and wireless connection stability test. Meanwhile, a one-by-one visual inspection of the product appearance is performed to ensure all products are scratch-free and blemish-free.
