As Production Director of Zhuhai Hengcang Electronics, he is a seasoned detail-driven production management expert with 20+ years of peripheral manufacturing experience. He optimizes production processes and boosts automation for mechanical keyboards, driving significant improvements in efficiency and product quality; strictly enforces ISO 9001:2015 quality standards for consistent precision and SA8000:2014 safety regulations for workshop operations, ensuring safe controllable production and stable high-quality supply for the company’s OEM/ODM projects.

As core technical expert of Zhuhai Hengcang Electronics, he has 18 years of computer peripheral R&D & design experience, overseeing core technical work: responsible for peripheral structural & circuit design (esports mechanical keyboard optimization, custom terminal peripheral layout), leading OEM/ODM requirement analysis & design planning, and managing full-cycle core product R&D & production technical support.
