  Paint Printing Assembly
The paint spraying workshop has supporting equipment such as screen printing, transfer printing, hot stamping, and laser engraving, as well as ultrasonic welding machines, nut hot melt machines, stamping equipment, etc., providing product assembly services.
  Molding / Injection
The mold processing uses advanced Shabik mirror spark machine, equipped with IoT intelligent CNC and NSK spindle P4 advanced precision machining center. Equipped with various models of single and dual color injection molding machines, such as Izumi and Sumitomo High Speed Machine from Japan.
  Quality Control

  Quality Control
Before mold production, we use DFM fine analysis and review to ensure precise mold production. The angle measuring block, cone gauge, and angle ruler are combined with an image measuring instrument in three coordinates, and the projector completes the entire mold inspection. Before injection molding production, we submit an OTS approval report, and during the production process, we use the PFEMA team to analyze the failure modes. We will promptly respond to customer feedback regarding quality abnormalities and customer demands in an 8D report. Paint inspection instruments such as color difference meter, film thickness test, hardness test, hundred grid test, and chemical resistance test provide comprehensive inspection of painted products.
  Product Design
Due to the need to comprehensively determine the entire product strategy, appearance, structure, and function during the mold design stage, in order to determine the layout of the entire production system, the significance of design is significant, with the important significance of "pulling the trigger to move the overall situation". Our mold design and development adopt the UG/CAD/CAM/CAE operating system, establish an internal and external network system, and achieve the transformation of products from concept to finished product.
