We support full-range OEM customization, including appearance design (shell shape, color, LOGO printing), hardware configuration (screen size, card reader module, interface type), software system (UI interface, functional module customization, language setting), and packaging (brand packaging box, instruction manual, accessory matching).
The lead time is determined by the customization degree and order quantity. For standard customized orders (only LOGO/color adjustment), the production cycle is 15-25 working days after sample confirmation; for semi-customized orders (hardware/software partial adjustment), it is 30-45 working days; for full-customized orders (mold opening/independent system development), the cycle is 60-90 working days (including mold development and test verification time).
We offer professional sample making service for OEM customers. The sample lead time is 3-7 working days for standard customized samples, and 10-20 working days for customized samples involving hardware/software adjustment. The sample cost is charged according to the customization degree, and the sample fee can be deducted from the subsequent bulk order payment when the order quantity meets the agreed standard.
